Every Day Oil- A blend of coconut, jojoba, olive, castor, and Argon oil mixed with wild harvested palo santo, lavender, geranium, and clary sage essential oils. Nourish your skin while uplifting and calming your spirit. $18

Wild Bloom CBD Massage Oil- From a local and woman owned company, this oil is simple but powerful. It is a USDA Certified Organic formula made up of MCT oil and full spectrum hemp extract. $20

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system- comprised of membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch, I will facilitate the release of restrictions in this system which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, endocrine and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to conditions such as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety. By facilitating the body’s natural and innate healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventative health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease and is effective for helping people with a wide range of conditions associated with pain and dysfunctions. This safe and gentle healing practice is performed with the client fully clothed.

Reiki is a Japanese tradition of energy healing that balances the energy centers in the body and is effective in improving emotional, mental, and physical health. I will work with you to channel life force energy to the parts of your being that most need healing to bring better balance and harmony. This safe and gentle healing practice is performed with the client fully clothed. As I feel intuitively led, I also incorporate Craniosacral Therapy into these sessions as the two modalities compliment each other so nicely.
